Probably one of the most famous and popular immersion based language learning software programs is Rosetta Stone. However, it's well known that this program is incredibly pricey. Also, some people don't like the format, or don't do well with their teaching techniques. Another program to consider is the much more affordable Rocket Languages. They have quite a selection of languages to choose from, however it's not as many as Rosetta Stone offers.
Whatever you choose, the most important thing to consider is that you have to stick with it. A language can't be learned unless you really take the time to sit down and practice. We suggest setting up a calendar so that you can schedule times throughout the week where you will practice.
Another thing to consider is to start watching TV shows and reading magazines and books in the languages you want to learn. This really helped me quite a bit when I was learning Spanish in college. I would read childrens books and People magazine in Spanish.
